About the Role
The position provides operational support to the global talent acquisition team with a focus on the European region, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience while maintaining compliance and consistency in hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration for European roles
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones using scheduling tools
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations for candidate information
- Support onboarding documentation collection for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm interview logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports
- Manage job posting distribution across various platforms
- Assist in organizing virtual recruitment events
- Standardize communication templates for candidate outreach
- Monitor application statuses and flag delays
- Facilitate background check coordination
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Update and maintain recruitment databases
- Coordinate reference checks as needed
- Assist with visa documentation preparation for international placements
- Ensure consistent employer branding in all candidate interactions
- Respond to internal queries about recruitment status
- Work with external agencies when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring data
- Support global recruitment projects as assigned
- Track time-to-fill and other key hiring metrics
- Help refine recruitment workflows for efficiency
- Provide feedback on process improvements
