B. Braun Avitum is looking for a Global People Development Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will solve complex HR queries requiring specific HR knowledge and a high degree of policy and process interpretation. Your focus will be on Learning System Management and the maintenance of Talent, Succession, Performance, and Goals data within our dynamic, family-owned company.
What You'll Do
- Promote efficient and effective delivery of Talent and Learning processes, including performance, goals, succession management, and training administration.
- Provide timely, accurate, and value-adding answers to complex HR-related queries from employees and business managers across the Talent management cycle and Learning administration topics.
- Ensure contact with Centers of Expertise (CoCs) to develop and maintain detailed knowledge of designated processes and policies.
- Support talent and learning reporting.
- Deliver country-, business unit-, or global-specific training to the front office and other teams.
- Share information with relevant colleagues, such as the Front Office, Team Leader, and other teams.
- Interpret policy and solve problems.
- Work closely with CoCs on pre-defined talent management and learning projects and support the execution of related products and processes.
- Support continuous improvement of Talent and Learning processes in close alignment with CoCs and Global Process Coordinators.
- Be proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in Learning & Development, Performance, Goals, Talent, and Succession Management.
- Knowledge of Learning Administration systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Performance and Succession Management processes.
- Fluent level of English.
Nice to Have
- Work experience in HR SSC / People Services environments.
- Knowledge and past experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (validated), Learning Management System, and/or Succession and Development, Performance & Goal Management modules.
- Experience in the Pharma Industry.
