Sartorius is seeking a Global Marketing Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global communication plans for campaigns in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Your work will be pivotal in executing strategies to enhance content performance, adoption rates, and buyer group engagement across all our marketing channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the marketing communication strategy and year-round action plan for global campaigns.
- Introduce new products by implementing product positioning, messaging, and application and workflow positioning.
- Execute segmentation strategies to drive content performance and engagement across the entire customer journey, utilizing internal and third-party channels.
- Partner with content, digital, regional operations, product, and segment marketing teams to ensure consistent communication across all marketing touchpoints.
- Work closely with regional and segment marketing to ensure high adoption rates of materials developed by the global team, enabling successful local implementation.
- Oversee budget allocation with the fundamental goal of sustainable investment.
- Create and share reports outlining the impact of marketing communications activities on business performance, providing lessons learned and implications for future initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A BSc or MSc in Life Sciences and/or Marketing.
- Industry experience in marketing communications within the life science, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Adobe, Canva, Salesforce, Marketo, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a global matrix-based organization.
- A preference for working to tight deadlines and flexibility in approach.
- Enjoyment in working as part of a team and collaborating with other departments.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
