Revvity is hiring a Global Leader, Service Operations to drive strategy and execution for our global service functions. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and enabling digital transformation to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement global service operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Optimize and streamline service contract management and renewal cycles using digital methods.
- Establish, maintain, and report KPIs for service performance and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across the service function.
- Act as a key facilitator and contributor to strategic initiatives like Service Productivity and Service Offerings.
- Lead Monthly, Quarterly, and other Global Service Business Reviews with Service Delivery and Finance teams.
- Lead escalations to facilitate resolution of spare parts supply, quality, NPI, design, or contractual issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in service operations or closely related functions.
- Proven track record in service process optimization and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- MBA preferred.
