Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards, with exposure to global programs.
- Strong command of compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, Culpepper).
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with TA, People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
- Prior experience supporting multiple countries and navigating diverse regulatory environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- High proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to lead multiple processes across global cycles.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- A global mindset, cultural awareness, and an inclusive approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of global statutory requirements, including statutory benefits, minimums, and local market norms.
- Awareness of pay transparency regulations (EU/US) and their impact on compensation structures.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR and local equivalents) and secure handling of compensation data.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners.
- HRIS experience (HiBob preferred; equivalent systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors also valuable).
- Familiarity with global payroll or finance systems (e.g., ADP, NetSuite).
