About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Global CMMS Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System across our global facilities. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through system management, reporting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Process and route incoming work orders across global facilities.
  • Analyze work requirements to determine appropriate technician assignments based on trade expertise.
  • Act as point of contact for scheduling maintenance with vendors and site personnel.
  • Ensure proper work order documentation, completion, and customer acknowledgment.
  • Generate reports on work order metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive CMMS database including asset information, bills of materials, and equipment hierarchies.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programming and master maintenance planning schedules.
  • Configure safety procedures and compliance protocols within the system.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to drive operational excellence.
  • Identify sites lacking contracts for preventive and reactive maintenance activity for critical equipment.
  • Coordinate service personnel assignments and vendor engagements.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on work progress and scheduling.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service concerns.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and facility managers to establish necessary maintenance agreements.
  • Monitor and manage global monitoring system surveillance and environmental monitoring systems that protect critical infrastructure.
  • Respond to alerts for temperature, humidity, water leaks, door access, and other environmental conditions.
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure all monitoring system appliances are functioning properly.
  • Document incidents and create reports on environmental conditions and security events.
  • Coordinate with facilities and IT teams when environmental concerns require action.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement activities and system enhancements.
  • Other duties as required to support facilities management operations.

  • Compensation: $85,000.00 – $116,000.00 USD per year

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY.
