Software Mind is looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to join a greenfield project for a client providing global talent screening solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and building stable, scalable software applications from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Work within a Scrum team of Engineers on a new, greenfield project.
- Develop software applications and solutions based on documented business and system requirements.
- Take ownership of the delivery schedule and the quality of your work.
- Provide input and estimates on the effort required to build desired functionality.
- Design applications for stability, scalability, and performance.
- Understand how applications operate, how they are structured, and how customers use them.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 3 years of development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of building responsive and advanced UI components compliant with WCAG standards using React.
- Knowledge of Redux.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to ensure applications are secure to the highest industry standards and resistant to cyber attacks, following OWASP guidelines.
- Experience with unit testing using Jest.
- Fluent in Polish and English – minimum C1 proficiency.
- Candidates must be based in the European Union.
