Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Travel Agent to join our innovative team, working remotely from Greece. This position includes a fully paid relocation package. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our German-speaking clients with their travel arrangements, providing them with personalized service and expert advice.
What You'll Do
- Engage with German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding customer support.
- Craft tailored travel itineraries that reflect clients’ travel preferences, interests, and budgets.
- Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities while ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Provide information and guidance on travel destinations, services, and industry trends.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective follow-ups.
- Stay knowledgeable about travel regulations, industry updates, and various destinations to better assist clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing positively to a team.
- Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in the culture of Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in the travel industry or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong enthusiasm for travel with an understanding of diverse travel services and destinations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
