What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking guests through phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer inquiries related to travel plans, accommodations, activities, and sightseeing opportunities in Greece.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
- Share insights and recommendations about Greece’s attractions, culture, and travel tips to enrich the guest experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure guest requests are met promptly and accurately.
