Next Job Abroad is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support professional to provide exceptional service for a gaming platform. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving their inquiries from our location in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support through live chat, email, and phone for German-speaking customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints.
- Assist users in navigating the gaming platform.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in support systems.
- Engage in ongoing training to deepen product understanding and improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
