Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in E-commerce Solutions. This remote role based in Greece provides direct support to German-speaking clients, helping them succeed with their online endeavors.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients concerning e-commerce solutions through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, account management, and services with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide holistic solutions and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to provide insightful support to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
