Next Job Abroad is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide outstanding service to clients in the dynamic iGaming industry. You will relocate to Malta and join a team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience through direct support and education.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Educate customers about products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
- Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and a good command of English.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role.
- Knowledge of other languages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
