Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading sports gaming client. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries, technical issues, and account management. Relocation to Greece is required for this role.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries regarding sports gaming platforms, bets, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on gaming rules, betting options, and account management.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to the gaming platform and ensure quick resolutions.
- Resolve any complaints or concerns effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on sports events and gaming trends to provide relevant and timely assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a lively, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Relocation to Greece is required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in the sports gaming or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with customer service software and gaming platforms is desirable.
