Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading online travel agency based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the primary support contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance service quality and share best practices.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.

- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English.
