Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a major online marketplace. This remote role allows you to work from Greece, providing direct customer support and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for German-speaking users.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns.
- Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, promotions, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
What We're Looking For
