What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product listings, order statuses, and account management through phone, email, and live chat in German.
Assist customers with issues related to payment processing, shipping, and returns.
Provide guidance on using the online marketplace effectively and resolving any technical issues.
Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
