Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an insurance team. You will provide crucial support to clients navigating their insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through the claims process, policy details, and coverage options.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain high satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams for efficient processing of claims and policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
