Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for a leading HealthTech company's products and services. You will work remotely from Greece, serving as a key point of contact for customers.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries related to HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Guide customers through the features and benefits of healthcare solutions and assist with account access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with support and technical teams to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on health technology trends and product offerings to provide informed customer support.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
