Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading Digital Wallet Provider in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with their digital wallet needs and providing exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide assistance with troubleshooting issues related to digital payments and account access.
- Educate customers about features, security measures, and benefits of using the digital wallet.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service-related tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience within the financial technology or digital payments sector.
