Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients in the construction industry through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat. - Support clients with inquiries concerning products, services, and project specifics. - Facilitate order processing, coordinate delivery timelines, and verify product availability. - Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and client contentment. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and service offerings. - Work collaboratively with project managers and sales teams to keep clients informed about ongoing projects and developments. - Accurately record all customer interactions and contribute to reporting and analytics for service enhancement. Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in German and English, encompassing written and verbal communication. - Prior customer service experience, ideally within construction or industrial environments. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities. - Robust problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging scenarios with composure. - Competent with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Meticulous and highly organized approach to work. - Proactive mindset demonstrating capacity for independent and collaborative work.
