Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Biotechnology industry. In this role, you will provide customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, orders, and technical support for biotechnological products.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the biotechnology sector via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to biotechnological products, services, and technical support.
- Provide product information, facilitate orders, and handle returns and exchanges professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and research teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with biotechnology products.
