Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. In this role, you will work remotely from Greece after relocation, handling inquiries across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and software necessary for remote work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
