Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Customer Agent to provide outstanding remote customer support for Booking.com. In this role, you will assist customers with travel inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve issues while working from your home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com policies, promotions, and travel trends to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English.
