Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a German Speaking Agent to provide exceptional customer support for a leading Telecommunication Company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, handling their inquiries and resolving service issues remotely from within Greece.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in German through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about telecommunication products and services, including pricing, features, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues, billing inquiries, and service-related concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimize service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company offerings and telecommunications trends to enhance customer service quality.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for remote work.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
