Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Support Consultant to deliver exceptional service to the clients of a prestigious automotive company. You will provide German-language support remotely from Greece, assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clientele via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical specifications.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to address complex inquiries as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product offerings to enhance customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both oral and written, is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
