Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Consultant to provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients within the automotive industry. You will be the key contact for resolving inquiries on products, services, and technical issues, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from your remote location in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Offer exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on automotive trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment under minimal supervision.
- A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers find the right solutions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is an advantage.
