Mercier Consultancy is hiring a German Customer Consultant to provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients within the automotive industry. You will be the key contact for resolving inquiries on products, services, and technical issues, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from your remote location in Greece.

What You'll Do

Offer exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with inquiries about automotive products, services, and technical issues.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed on automotive trends and product updates to provide informed assistance.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment under minimal supervision.
A passion for the automotive industry and helping customers find the right solutions.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of English is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is a plus.
