About the Role

The position involves delivering expert customer support for household appliance products, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive client experience through clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in fluent German via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with household appliances
  • Guide customers through product setup and usage
  • Process warranty claims and coordinate repairs
  • Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure closure
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
  • Stay updated on product specifications and updates
  • Adhere to service level agreements for response times
  • Educate customers on maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Assist with returns and replacements when necessary
  • Promote customer loyalty through consistent service quality
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with logistics for appliance servicing
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Participate in team training sessions
  • Meet performance metrics for resolution rates
  • Support multilingual customers when needed
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer cases
  • Communicate product limitations honestly
