Kohl's is looking for a part-time German: 360° Sales & Recruitment Manager to support our international business activities. This fully remote role involves collaborating across the Cape Town and Munich regions, focusing on sales development and IT recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Support and manage the CEO's LinkedIn profile, including correspondence, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct sales outreach via LinkedIn and other business networks.
- Perform recruitment approaches via LinkedIn, specifically targeting IT specialists.
- Post and manage job ads for IT specialists and handle incoming applications.
- Organize and coordinate social interviews with candidates.
What We're Looking For
- German native-level proficiency or high fluency, with strong written and verbal skills.
- A confident communicator on LinkedIn with a professional and engaging style.
- A structured, independent, and proactive work style.
- Comfort working across different time zones, specifically South Africa and Germany.
