The Flex Ventures is looking for a Generalist Associate to play a key role in our growth. As a Project Assistant, you will provide versatile support across operations, customer experience, and business development, helping to drive the company forward and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

What You'll Do

Support leadership on high-impact projects by working with the CEO, CFO, and COO on strategic initiatives.
Assist with hiring and talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
Support operational transitions by stepping into roles temporarily to fill gaps or urgent needs.
Contribute to expansion and market growth through market research and supporting new city launches.
Help build the company by designing and improving internal processes and workflows.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by acting as a bridge between departments.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A highly adaptable nature with a proactive, 'get-it-done' mindset.
