Job Functions • Analyze performance results and collaborate with leadership to identify strategic opportunities and boost key performance indicators • Drive profitable sales through smart forecasting and strategic scheduling • Manage store budget and daily operations to support overall P&L health • Build powerhouse teams by sourcing, selecting, and developing top talent • Hold teams accountable through consistent coaching and constructive feedback • Continuously train and develop team capabilities • Champion implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and strategic initiatives • Foster an inclusive, dynamic work environment • Design and execute action plans to maximize operational efficiency and productivity • Perform Service Leader responsibilities • Represent our brand with deep understanding of competitive landscape • Champion community engagement efforts • Leverage OMNI technologies to create seamless customer experiences • Ensure rigorous compliance with all operational standards About You • 3-5 years leading teams in retail environments • College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred • Proven track record of delivering measurable results • Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members • Comfortable navigating sales floor, stockroom, and office environments • Physical ability to move efficiently and lift up to 30 lbs • Flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Willing to travel as business needs dictate • Strong business acumen • Excellent time management skills • Strategic planning and prioritization expertise
