Deckers Outdoor Vietnam Company Limited is seeking a QC Inspector III to safeguard the quality and integrity of Deckers footwear produced at partner factories. This role focuses on rigorous audits, inspections, and production monitoring to ensure products meet our standards before shipment.
What You'll Do
- Ensure quality and integrity of Deckers’ footwear products produced and shipped from partner production factories.
- Conduct incoming materials screening audits, materials and FST Lab testing review and audit.
- Perform RS, ESC, and Product Security audits.
- Conduct regular in-process production audits and final goods inspections.
- Monitor production orders schedule versus ex-factory commitments.
- Act as the lead inspector when working with a QC inspector at assigned factory.
- Closely monitor and guide Certified Factory QC (CFQC) personnel, if present.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Production and QC Manager or Assistant QC Manager.
