Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for Ivory Coast to ensure sustainable growth and market expansion
- Manage the overall country profit and loss, setting and tracking key business performance targets
- Evaluate financial and operational data to inform strategic choices, investigate issues, and lead resolution efforts
- Supervise cross-functional departments such as Commercial, Q-Commerce, Brands Ads, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of over 40 professionals across all business units
- Recruit high-performing individuals and support team members in achieving professional growth and excellence
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with senior executives from major restaurant chains, retailers, consumer goods companies, and financial organizations
- Discover new business avenues, assess potential risks, and drive continuous process optimization
- Engage with regulatory bodies, labor unions, and government entities to maintain compliance and positive standing
- Serve as the official legal representative for Glovo within the country
