Responsibilities
- Communicate the organization's vision, strategy, and performance objectives to the store team.
- Drive achievement of sales, profitability, and strategic goals by optimizing customer experience, expense management, inventory control, and loss prevention.

- Evaluate staffing needs and lead hiring processes to maintain a capable and motivated team.
- Manage and maintain the store's operating schedule.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures and sales floor supervision.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
