About the Role

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA) is hiring a General Administration Specialist to provide the full range of office management and benefits support for our operations in Ukraine. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations across regional offices and warehouses.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational support for regional offices and warehouses, including lease management and procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Coordinate procurement for the Kyiv office for items like water and stationery.
  • Manage external and internal office communications, including document management, basic accounting, and meeting visitors.
  • Cooperate with delivery services for document and sample delivery domestically and abroad, including contracting with logistics suppliers.
  • Handle basic HR tasks, schedule control, and prepare reports on employee location.
  • Manage invoices and documentary work.
  • Prepare health and safety reports, such as greenhouse gases reports.
  • Administer and support mobile connections, including SIM card issuance and deactivation, contract handling, and expense control.
  • Provide Medical & Life Insurance support, including enrolling new employees and processing leavers.
  • Provide lunches support, registering new employee cards and preparing reports for the Salary Accountant.
  • Process approvals for additional support and compensation.
  • Procure and coordinate corporate gifts and gift certificates.
  • Support business cards production.
  • Handle front office reception and administration duties, company inquiries, and mail distribution.

What We're Looking For

  • B2 spoken English proficiency is a must.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an Office Manager, HR/Benefits Specialist, or HR Specialist in large corporations with complex processes.
  • Average proficiency in Excel.
  • A degree in accounting, marketing, HR, or an equivalent field.
