Drive enterprise growth in one of the most innovative sectors of modern technology. As a General Account Manager for the DACH region, you'll lead the end-to-end sales process remotely, working directly with enterprise clients and channel partners to expand business through consultative selling.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure—using phone and Microsoft Teams as primary engagement tools
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Deliver accurate, timely forecasts to sales leadership and maintain visibility in Salesforce.com
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers to understand their computing and software requirements
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and channel teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Articulate the value of complex technology solutions with clarity and precision
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in both German and English, with a base in Munich
- Minimum of four years of inside sales experience in technology, with a track record of quota achievement
- Proven ability in managing remote sales cycles and working alongside channel partners
- Experience selling in cloud environments involving CSPs, ISVs, and enterprise customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for pipeline and customer management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel occasionally (around 5%)
