Brandtech+ is hiring a GenAI Motion Designer for a dedicated, long-term contract role servicing a global FMCG client. You will be responsible for creating and adapting a vast range of marketing materials, from social assets to animations, leveraging AI tools and traditional software to produce high-quality content at scale.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Gen AI Art Director and wider team to bring projects from concept to final delivery.
- Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Produce visual assets that align with the client’s creative standards and effectively scale creative production across brands and channels.
- Expand the creative output of the team, ideating and creating bespoke high-end animations and video edits.
- Ideate and create digital content using tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Take design projects from brief to completion, adhering to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Master, edit, remaster, and adjust master assets for various crops and formats.
- Own creative projects, craft designs that meet briefs and standards, and inspire clients with creative input.
- Pitch fresh approaches and concepts confidently.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with output specifications.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working as a video editor in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group, or design firm.
- Strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design.
- Experience in 2D animation from concept development, storyboarding to final execution.
- Ability to deliver a vast range of marketing material (GIFs, Instagram posts, TVC cutdowns, 2D animations, motion graphics).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members.
- Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and is a relationship builder.
- Ability to interpret ideas and bring an opinion to brand strategy.
- Ability to visualize, create concepts, design and animate.
- Previous production or creative experience with strong composition, colour and typography skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and HTML.
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Beauty & Fashion industry.
- Creative experience with AI tools.
- Good knowledge or history of work in Social Media projects.
- Experience working on FMCG and/or global brands.
- Familiarity with automation production and knowledge of Figma and Otomo.
- A highly developed view of contemporary culture and understanding of leading content platforms and channels.

Team & Environment
You will work with offshore teams as a dedicated member, servicing a global FMCG client. You'll collaborate closely with the Gen AI Art Director, the wider team (client services, digital and creative teams), on-site creative and production teams, and key client stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in México.
