SupportYourApp is looking for a Gaming Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional support via email and live chat. In this remote role, you will help gaming clients and build positive, lasting customer relationships while meeting team goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chats and emails.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Meet team KPIs and targets.
- Securely handle customers’ sensitive information.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Apply the latest customer service best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology.
- Communicate with developers and other departments across various IT companies.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in gaming customer support.
- Strong knowledge of role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, or streaming platforms.
- Experience providing support via live chats and emails in English.
- Analytical and research skills.
- A positive and responsible attitude.
- A personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM.
- A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support roles.
- Experience with Zendesk or other CRM systems.
