At Sportradar, we're looking for a Game Designer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality casino games enjoyed by players worldwide. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leaders to contribute to technical and creative decisions that impact the evolution of our games portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Design innovative gameplay in a competitive market.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in game design, preferably within iGaming, slots, or real-money gaming.
- Proven track record of shipped titles.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.
- Experience working with KPIs like retention, monetization, LTV, and conversion.
- Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.
- Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing slot games or live casino products.
- Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes.
- Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization.
- Basic understanding of game engines like Unity.
