Oceans is hiring a Media Buyer to partner with a multi-brand e-commerce company that builds and scales wellness-focused consumer products across Amazon and Shopify. In this role, you will drive scalable, high-ROI growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-funnel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Build and manage campaign structures that support A/B testing, creative iteration, and data segmentation.
- Optimize campaigns toward performance KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CVR, and CTR.
- Analyze campaign and platform performance, reconciling attribution and optimizing toward real-world revenue.
- Test different funnel strategies, bid methodologies, targeting frameworks, and content formats.
- Translate campaign learnings into creative and strategic briefs for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and ad policy, especially in regulated categories.
- Flag compliance concerns early and proactively adjust creative, copy, or funnels as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup, pacing, and reporting.
- Partner with creative teams to guide high-performing assets and iterate based on data.
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to creative direction, suggesting new hooks, visual formats, or video cuts.
- Manage campaigns autonomously while aligning with senior leadership on brand and business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken), with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
- Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend across multiple platforms, scaling into six figures.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Ads, and a working understanding of TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with advertising policy nuances in wellness, medical devices, and regulated verticals.
- Ability to guide performance creatives, provide constructive feedback, and brief efficiently.
- Can manage campaigns independently, adjust quickly based on results, and deliver outcomes with minimal oversight.
