Oceans is looking for a Growth Marketer to accelerate subscriber growth for a leading media company client in the food, beverage, and natural products space. This is a hands-on role where you will own sprint-based campaigns focused on fast, measurable wins to improve acquisition and inform product decisions.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute structured 2-week sprint campaigns focused on conversion.
- Optimize landing pages, user flows, and offers based on CAC, LTV, and churn metrics.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of testable ideas for maximum impact.
- Report on campaign outcomes clearly and use performance data to determine next steps.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to track churn signals and win back lapsed users.
- Create and test lifecycle marketing ideas to increase re-engagement and long-term value.
- Work with analytics teams to improve funnel visibility across segments and user types.
- Recommend flow-level or UX improvements based on subscriber behavior and campaign insights.
- Align with editorial, development, and design teams to reflect campaign learnings in the product experience.
- Drive audience segmentation and targeting through behavior-based testing.
- Lead planning and review sessions to track sprint outcomes, unblock dependencies, and shape roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate with internal content and ops teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated.
- Advocate for high-impact growth initiatives across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in English, with clear written communication and performance-focused storytelling.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, subscription, or product marketing with direct ownership of acquisition metrics.
- Proven ability to run A/B tests, launch sprints, and manage campaign backlogs.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, attribution, and audience scoring.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, enrichment tools, low-code landing page builders, and A/B testing platforms.
- Working knowledge of how good UX and clear visual hierarchy impact conversion.
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and proposing data-backed next steps.
- Experience working closely with editorial, product, design, and data teams to bring ideas to life.
