Arrakis Finance is seeking a Talent - Blockchain recruiter to join our team of industry veterans focused on revolutionizing web3 market making. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring highly technical web3 talent, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Analyze open vacancies and understand key assessment criteria.
- Review candidate applications and assess suitability for interview.
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and outbound acquisition.
- Manage candidate assessments and organize interviews.
- Prepare and complete recruiting and human resources administration.
- Manage the employee onboarding process.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within Blockchain/web3.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment.
- Demonstrated experience within technology recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong analytical process.
- Strong Microsoft/Google suite skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
