M&T Bank is seeking a skilled Furnace Tender to join our operations in Wetumpka. In this hands-on role, you will operate specialized furnace equipment to produce critical parts, working with minimal supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Operate vacuum furnace and heat treat furnace assemblies with minimal supervision.
- Fabricate, build, modify, and adjust a variety of mechanical units and sub-assemblies.
- Perform a wide range of duties within the factory to produce parts required for the manufacture of company products.
