About the Role

ntegrity, a purpose-driven B Corp certified agency, is seeking a Fundraising Account Manager for an 11-month maternity leave cover contract. Your primary goal is to unlock growth potential for our not-for-profit clients by identifying strategic opportunities, developing tailored account plans, and ensuring successful program delivery. You will be the primary client contact, responsible for client leadership, campaign strategy, and project execution.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary contact with clients, working with them over multiple years on the development, evolution, and execution of their future plans.
  • Maintain client leadership and implement processes and systems to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Lead campaign strategy and maintain knowledge of best practice digital marketing and fundraising performance.
  • Use analytics and insights from hundreds of campaigns and market data to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
  • Work with clients and your Lead to reach an agreed project scope.
  • Work closely with the Delivery/Project Management team to plan project timelines and resourcing.
  • Lead project kick-offs and briefings; set project scope including hours, brief, and deliverables.
  • Be accountable for project timeline and scope management.
  • Review deliverables prior to sending to client and provide constructive feedback.
  • Lead regular client touchpoints like WIP meetings, campaign planning sessions, presentations, and workshops.
  • Be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for client growth and expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital teams.
  • A strong foundation in not-for-profit work and fundraising principles.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Excellent client relationship management and the ability to function as a trusted digital advisor.
  • Proven experience in growing revenue through strong strategic focus and execution.
  • A strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology.
  • Experience managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with a Delivery/Project Management team and report to a Lead, collaborating within our honest, encouraging, and ambitious culture.
