About the Role
You will ensure successful deployment of product solutions by interpreting enterprise data to inform current operations and strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Financials product suite
- Gather client business needs, configure solutions, demonstrate prototypes, and support testing
- Support migration of historical data into the new system
- Collaborate with integration specialists to set up and validate connections with external systems
- Apply standardized implementation practices across all client engagements
- Guide and support junior consultants in their development
- Ensure clients adopt best practices and are positioned as references post-deployment
- Disseminate knowledge of product capabilities across the consulting team
- Deliver regular project updates and status reports to engagement leadership
- Identify opportunities for expanded product or service adoption within client organizations
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through final billing for complex engagements
- Handle technical tasks including issue analysis, system design, technology specifications, development, testing, training, and deployment
- Lead coordination with internal and client stakeholders, tracking project costs and timelines
- Contribute to financial planning, including cost estimates, proposals, and invoicing
- Support sales efforts through participation in presentations and proposal development
- Carry out ongoing account management and team-related responsibilities
