What You'll Do
Own and evolve the structure of product data, refining attribute models and managing multilingual content to support global operations. You'll perform regular data operations, including large-scale imports and exports, to keep product information synchronized and accurate.
Drive improvements in data quality across both product details and digital media, identifying gaps and implementing solutions. Serve as a key point of contact for platform users, offering functional support, creating intuitive documentation, and delivering training sessions to improve adoption and efficiency.
Respond to incident reports and system requests, coordinating fixes and enhancements. Work hand-in-hand with internal developers and external SaaS providers to resolve technical issues and advance platform capabilities. Develop lightweight automation tools or scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.
Requirements
- Experience managing product information and digital assets in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with data modeling, taxonomy design, and content lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to support business users with functional guidance and training
- Solid understanding of bulk data handling and system integration principles
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms and coordinating vendor support
- Ability to create simple scripts or tools for data management efficiency
