As a Functional Application Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving our product content ecosystem. Your focus will be on refining the data model—managing attributes, translations, and integrations—to ensure consistency and reliability across all product information and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the structure of product data, including attribute hierarchies and multilingual content
- Perform bulk data operations such as imports and exports to keep information current and synchronized
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across both product details and digital media
- Provide functional expertise and support to business users, helping them make the most of the platform
- Develop user-friendly documentation and deliver training sessions to improve adoption and efficiency
- Respond to incident reports and coordinate enhancements with internal developers and external vendors
- Collaborate with technical teams on content-related projects and system integrations
- Build lightweight tools or automation scripts to streamline data workflows
Technology Environment
You’ll be working with a modern stack including Akeneo for product information management, Bynder for digital asset management, ProductsUp, and Priint—ensuring seamless content delivery across channels.
