PermitFlow is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer to transform the traditionally complex and manual world of construction permitting. We are a team of architects, engineers, permitting experts, and product builders who have felt this pain firsthand and are committed to fixing it. In this remote role, you will design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines to power AI-driven, user-facing features.

What You'll Do

Transform complex, manual permitting workflows into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences.
Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI-driven workflows.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver intelligent, user-facing features.
Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship features that drive impact.
Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and production deployment.
Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in fullstack development.
Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
A track record of shipping production systems and making thoughtful trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scalability.
