Staycation is reimagining the future of hospitality and urban living. We’re hiring a Fullstack Developer to join our Users squad, where you’ll co-create and develop features across our four platforms—website, mobile app, back office, and hotelier extranet—to drive conversion and improve user experience. This role offers real responsibility, short decision cycles, and the chance to impact people's daily lives.

What You'll Do

Conceive and develop solutions to complex problems across our website (React), mobile app (React Native), back office (React), and hotelier extranet (React).
Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment phases of new features.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to implement innovative solutions that drive user growth.
Participate in PR reviews for your team to ensure code quality.
Plan, break down, and architect features with a high level of quality.
Propose improvements to optimize the codebase and technical stack.

What We're Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in backend (Node) and frontend (React or React Native) development.
Experience with Scala or a strong interest in upskilling in this technology.
Knowledge of SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
Strong organizational skills and teamwork in an agile environment.
Good analytical skills for problem-solving, realistic and alert to difficulties.
Demanding on quality, but also able to arbitrate and make compromises when necessary.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, SASS, Next.js, Storybook.
Previous experience setting up a design system.
Cloud skills (Heroku, AWS, GCP).
