ETHICS CODE is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will translate business needs into high-quality, AI-driven technical solutions under the guidance of senior engineering personnel. You'll be part of a remote-first culture that empowers global clients through performance engineering and relentless innovation.

What You'll Do

Write clean, testable code in C# and Python while managing unit testing and deep code-level debugging.
Model, wrangle, and visualize large datasets using SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.
Create modern web interfaces using React and leverage cloud-native services in AWS and Snowflake.
Transform business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Perform peer code reviews, navigate technical risks, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (including internships/academic projects), an advanced degree, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and Python.
Mastery of SQL, experience with MongoDB, and knowledge of AWS data services and Snowflake.
Experience in React web development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence methods and their practical applicability.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
Background in clinical trials or other regulated industries.
