Jobgether is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-first, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into production-ready software.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship full-stack applications with high scalability, performance, and security, primarily using React/Next.js and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product Design and Product Management to translate prototypes and requirements into production-grade software.
- Participate in architecture discussions, system design decisions, and CI/CD processes to ensure resilient and maintainable systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automate workflows, and improve engineering efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and opportunities to enhance development processes.
- Contribute to internal tools, shared components, and scalable systems to improve team velocity and overall product quality.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with substantial full-stack development exposure.
- Strong expertise in modern web frameworks: React/Next.js, AngularJS/Angular, and Node.js (Express).
- Solid understanding of software design principles, system performance, observability, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker).
- Experience building production-grade applications end-to-end: from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and CMS tools like Directus.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (GitHub/GitHub Actions), project management (Jira, Confluence), and monitoring tools (New Relic).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills; ability to work across teams effectively.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a bias toward experimentation, action, and continuous improvement.
