Simplifier AG is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer (m|w|d) to develop and shape solution engineering within our Customer Success team. You will act as the crucial interface between customers and developers, gathering requirements and creating solution concepts that balance business goals with technical efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Be the main interface between requestors and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement gathering for proposals and for the later elaboration of technical tasks.
- Develop solution concepts that combine requirements and development effort in an optimal ratio.
- Create technical implementation tasks and hand them over to the project team.
- Act as a mediator, balancing business goals and technical efficiency.
- Take project responsibility for several parallel development projects.
- Communicate the customer value delivered through Simplifier.
- Create solution concepts and presentations to convince potential customers and partners.
- Help customers and partners throughout their entire journey to successfully implement Simplifier.
- Take overall responsibility for customers and partners after contract signing.
- Advise and support customers in advancing their company's digitalization with Simplifier.
- Work in FlexWork mode and be on-site with the customer when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in application development, ideally as a Data or Software Engineer.
- Experience in designing data architectures for business applications and designing database models.
- Proficient in handling interface technologies such as REST, oData, or RFC – especially in the context of third-party systems like SAP.
- Technical know-how in SQL, JavaScript and data pre-/post-processing.
- German language skills at level C1-2.
