Cofenster is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our cross-functional product team. You will be instrumental in developing our core platform, focusing on building new features and ensuring our technology remains scalable, accessible, and reliable for all users.
What You'll Do
- Design and build impactful new features for AI agents.
- Strengthen the codebase through smart refactoring and innovative solutions to make the platform more robust and scalable.
- Champion accessibility to ensure everyone, including people with disabilities, can use cofenster effectively.
- Drive excellence in key engineering areas like security, performance, testability, and overall product performance.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and customer success to turn ideas into reality.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in JavaScript, preferably TypeScript, used from frontend to backend and infrastructure.
- An eye for product design, including knowledge of digital accessibility.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building interfaces with code (HTML, CSS, accessibility, interface design).
- Comfort in backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma and AWS.
- Experience with automated testing to contribute to the development of the QA pipeline.
- Ability to work efficiently in an agile team.

- Experience having worked on a SaaS product before.
